Product Description
The Sludge Finder 2 is used in thousands of applications worldwide to detect sludge blanket levels in primary, secondary, and tertiary settlement tanks either with stationary or traveling bridges, clarifiers, gravity thickeners, or sequencing batch reactor (SBR) systems. The two-part system includes a purpose-built self-cleaning Viper Transducer that uses sonar technology, submersed into the liquid, and detects the echoes from the material. Any distinct change in density is reflected to the transducer – the time taken for the echo to return is transmitted to the controller and the distance to the interface is calculated.
The Sludge Finder 2 offers a wealth of different options depending on the application requirements, including single or dual sensor inputs, installation accessories, communication outputs, and PC Software Suite that offers Sludge Finder 2 software that can be used to record and save all the parameters from your sludge blanket level measurement applications.
