Telemetry Solutions

Telemetry Solutions

  • Remotely access measurement data any time you want via your laptop, PC, or mobile device with the power of LTE CAT M1 / NB-IoT connectivity.
  • Automatically store measurement data in the cloud for viewing or reporting and configure alerts for you or your operators in case measurements go outside “normal” levels.
  • Save time and money by being able to view how your measurement systems are operating without needing to be where the devices are installed.
  • Have an infrastructure-independent measurement solution perfect for remote locations. The RANGER is battery-operated and provides power to 2-wire sensors for making measurements. Or, combine the Ranger with a meter that can be powered by 12 VDC and power your measurement solution with a battery and solar combo.

Product Description

SignalFire Wireless Telemetry RANGER and Pulsar Measurement solutions are a powerful combination for the remote monitoring of flow, level, or volume.Combining Pulsar Measurement with SignalFire’s wireless telemetry products means that you can:

Level or Volume Measurement

Pulsar Measurement dBi, REFLECT™or Ultra Controller with SignalFire RANGER

With internal batteries, the RANGER will power the dBi and take measurements at intervals easily configured by the user with a local connection to the SignalFire Toolkit PC software, or anywhere and anytime via the SignalFire Cloud. Or, pair the dBi-Modbus (dBi-M) with the RANGER with Modbus input and take advantage of serial communications to bring in multiple measurement values from the dBi-M with just a 4-wire connection.

With internal batteries, the RANGER will power the REFLECT™ and take measurements at intervals easily configured by the user with a local connection to the SignalFire Toolkit PC software, or anywhere and anytime via the SignalFire Cloud. Use the REFLECT™ in applications where challenging conditions like foam or vapors are present, which ultrasonic might not be the ideal technology for.

Pairing any of the Ultra controllers with a SignalFire RANGER gives you the opportunity to view and manage your application anytime, anywhere. With internal batteries, the RANGER will give you an indication of the performance of the Ultra controller independent of local power supply, or power the RANGER from the same VDC source as the Ultra to be able to transmit data to the cloud more frequently without having to worry about batteries draining. The RANGER can be configured with a Modbus input for connection to the Ultra controller, or the Ultra controller plus other equipment installed, making the RANGER a powerful integration tool.

Pipe Flow Measurement

Pulsar Measurement TTFM 6.1 or DFM 6.1 with SignalFire RANGER

Combine the TTFM 6.1 with the RANGER for a powerful telemetry-enabled flow metering solution, whether installed at your facility or in a remote location. The RANGER can be configured with just a 4-20mA input for monitoring flow rate, plus digital inputs for monitoring flow total and alarms. Or, configure the RANGER with a Modbus input to take advantage of the ability to bring in multiple measurements and diagnostics on just a pair of wires. The RANGER makes it easy to view, report, and control your application from anywhere, anytime.

Combine the DFM 6.1 with the RANGER for a powerful telemetry-enabled flow metering solution for difficult fluids, whether installed at your facility or in a remote location.

Open Channel Flow Measurement (with Flumes and Weirs)

Pulsar Measurement Ultra 4 or OCF 6.1 with SignalFire RANGER

No telemetry-enabled open channel flow measurement system can offer the same level of accuracy and reliability as the Ultra 4 and RANGER. The RANGER’s browser-based cloud interface allows the user to view their data anytime, anywhere. You can also easily export data reports for conforming to agency requirements without having to get your hands on the product. The RANGER is the perfect data collection and reporting solution whether your meter is installed at a facility or remotely.

When the OCF 6.1 is combined with the SignalFire RANGER, no telemetry-enabled open channel flow measurement system is easier to install and use. The RANGER’s browser-based cloud interface allows the user to view their data anytime, anywhere. You can also easily export data reports for conforming to agency requirements without having to get your hands on the product. The RANGER is the perfect data collection and reporting solution whether your meter is installed at a facility or remotely.

Open Channel Flow Measurement (without Flumes and Weirs)

Pulsar Measurement AVFM 6.1 or MicroFlow-i and dBi with SignalFire RANGER

When used with the AVFM 6.1, the SignalFire RANGER can be configured with just a single 4-20mA input to monitor flow at user-configured intervals or order the RANGER with multiple 4-20mA inputs to monitor flow, level, and velocity all at the same time. The RANGER can also be configured with a Modbus input to monitor multiple measurements and diagnostic points on just a pair of wires. Use the RANGER with its own built-in batteries to be independent from the AVFM or purchase it with a 12-24VDC input for remote locations where a battery and solar system is in use. The RANGER’s browser-based cloud interface allows the user to view their data anytime, anywhere. You can also easily export data reports for conforming to agency requirements without having to get your hands on the product.

The MicroFlow-i, dBi, and SignalFire RANGER help form a powerful completely non-contact area-velocity solution. The RANGER can power and retrieve measurements from both sensors independently, making this combination a great solution for completely off-the-grid area-velocity flow measurement applications. The RANGER’s browser-based cloud interface allows the user to view their data anytime, anywhere. You can also easily export data reports for conforming to agency requirements without having to get your hands on the product.
