Ultrasonic Flowmeter / Calorimeter TFM2100-NG

It is mounted on the outer surface of all types of pipes that can transmit ultrasonic sound to measure the flow rate of clean liquids that do not contain air bubbles, such as chemicals, oils, water, wastewater. Installation of clamp sensors is done without stopping the flow. Thus, the air pressure reduced and no clogging occurs. It saves labor and time.

The measurement system consists of a pair of ultrasonic sensors acoustically coupled from outside the pipe. The server unit has a microprocessor, analyzes the signals sent and received from the sensors, and sends the signal to the control and process systems through an interface.

Sensor Mounting Methods: TFM2100-NG sensors can be mounted on vertical (Upstream) or horizontal pipes. The pipe must be full. The choice of one of the V, Z, W mounting types depends on the application and pipe diameter. “V” Although the type is the most common, “Z” “W” mounting is suitable for large diameter pipes or weak signal applications. It is used in small diameter pipes.
