Isensys SandAlert is a sand and particle monitor for the oil and gas industry. SandAlert is ideal wherever you need to keep wells efficiently producing at the highest possible rate and/or you need a quantitative, real-time and accurate measure of solids/sand particles produced.
SandAlert is available as wall mount or 0.48 m (19 in) rack mount – making multi-point installations easy.
The wall mount option has an IP65 polycarbonate enclosure and is typically used in single-point fixed and semi-permanent installations.
0.48 m (19 in) rack mount 3U high and 10HP wide bar graph and backlit LCD displays current sand mass reading. Programming is done via RS232 or handheld infrared calibrator.

Isensys SandAlert measures sand production completely independent of flow regime, providing you with cost-effective real-time presentation of sand and trend information. All data collected by SandAlert can be saved for further analysis and long-term analysis. The SandAlert monitor can be located up to 1,000 m (3,280 ft) away using a standard instrument cable connection
The single-channel sand monitoring system consists of two main elements: the acoustic sensor “PulsarGuard 2001” and the SandAlert Wall control unit. SandAlert Wall is housed in a durable sealed carrying case that makes it easy to transport from job site to job site. The sensor is an intrinsically safe Pulsar Process Measurement acoustic sensor. Housed in a robust die-cast Type 316 stainless steel housing. PulsarGuard 2001 is inherently safe, ATEX and EEx ia IIC T4 approved
